Cook-Out 40 different milkshakes that's what brought us there milkshakes superb. Not too impressed with my hamburger kind of tastes like a dry hockey puck not that I eat hockey pucks french fries are great chili I don't think we would order it again so we would definitely go back for the milkshakes. Not from Tennessee so that was our very first visit.

Best place for some inexpensive and filling food. I always feel like I'm just picking up a to go box from a neighbor's picnic here. Most of the stuff tastes like it was homemade and it's pretty good.

I don't like to have to write bad reviews, but I just was treated really rudely when I had went the another night. My friends and I decided we stop by this location because we didn't want to have to drive to the other side of Kingston Pike to go to the other one. It was around 12 am around this time and when we pulled in, it was actually pretty dead for it being a Saturday night and Cookout being a pretty popular late night spot. Because we wanted to all chill in one of my friends car, we decided just to walk up front and order some food to take back to the car. First, my two friends went up and sat for a minute before tapping on the window. They got their order pretty quickly, and it looked pretty decent. So I decided to go up and just grab some fries, unlike my friends who got entire meals. I sat for a few minute while waiting patiently for someone to come up. No one had batted an eye at me, so I went to ask my friends what they did. So I went back to the window and just lightly knocked on the window (it was colder so they had it closed). Still, no answer and at that point it had been about 7-10 minutes of me just sitting waiting to get my order of fries in. I wait a minute or two more, to hear the girl at the drive-through window yell to where she wasn't talking to me, but I was supposed to hear. She said something on the lines of "that window should only be open in the summer time, that's (or she, i couldn't tell) so stupid." Needless to say, I was really bummed out and just went back to my car upset. It could've just been better if someone would opened and told me to go to the drive-through window instead. Just don't know why my friends could order two whole meals, but I couldn't order at all. Hope management deals with this situation.

I will NEVER visit this location again! Of the last 5 times we have picked up our order from here none of them have been right and or things left off of the order. Today was the LAST STRAW! Before we drove off my wife checked the order and for once everything seemed to be correct. We get home to eat and a double burger that was ordered was smaller than the other 2 single burgers AND both patties were burnt worse than if my 7 year old had cooked them himself.
